Introducing Direct Reception, a revolutionary new service from your local Audi dealership. Using the latest in audio and video technology, customers are able to get involved and interested in the process of having their car serviced.
While your car is with us, you are given the option of taking a seat at a PC in our waiting area and the system will supply you with live footage of your car, taken from the technicians ‘Audicam’ mounted to his custom made jacket. A service advisor will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, while you watch the technician at work and communicate via a two-way radio system. This also gives you an opportunity to find out first hand, what skill and attention to detail is given to each and every service. Our Audi trained technicians will explain what (and why) they are checking components and can actually show you the work that needs to be done.
