While others might consider some wacky paint job, this guy decided to cover his car with keyboard keys picturing the famous Homer Simpson. To be honest, we rather admire the man’s patience than the final result, because this “artwork” is kind of a pain to look at.

The Camera Van

A photographer who has taken the photos of different cars, has a appropriate car of his own, named as CAMERA CAR. The car is covered in hundreds of cameras of various types and sizes. He had a dream to cover his van with different cameras driving around taking photos of people on the streets.The van has 32 color monitors on the passenger side broadcast the closed circuit image of what the van’s working video and still cameras capture.

Peel Trident

Is it a toy? Is it a spaceship? No, although it looks like it just popped out of the Cartoon Network channel, it is a real car. It was made on the Isle of Man, located between England and Ireland, and was released in 1964. It is not the only one in this class, and surely it was hard to choose the worst one between Trojan 200, Bond Bug, B. M. A. Hazelcar, 1942 Peugeot VLV and many others, but we have chosen Peel as our winner. With it's charming plastic bubble, 183 cm length and 107 cm width, 90 kg weight and an engine which produces 6.5 horsepower and 75 km/h top speed, the Peel is our champion in it's microcar category

Helios Car

The Helios is an electric off-road vehicle powered by solar energy. The body integrates a system of large photovoltaic panels that increases charging capacity. To increase the surface area of photovoltaic panels, when stopped, the upper surface of car transform into a large "fan" with four wings to store more energy.This design was inspired by natural evolution some animals have strechable skin so they can absorb more energy.

In the July 1993 issue, Thoroughbred & Classic Cars ran an article about the cars of Malta entitled "Treasure Island". I am glad to report that although by 2001 imported Japanese and Korean cars seemed to dominate the scene, there were still plenty of cars in everyday use for the classic car enthusiast to enjoy
